To receive our keys on check-in, you will need to wait for access through our building's main entrance. You will need to wait for someone to go in or out of the building for the doors to open, our building is very busy so you won't need to wait. One set of keys will be made available to you via self-check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival, allowing you to self-check in. Once keys are retrieved, our apartment is accessible through an elevator.

We're available for contact through the VRBO chat. Happy to give any recommendations or answer any questions. We also respect your privacy, so if you would like to just enjoy your stay on your own, we have no problem with that too!

Best form of communication is via VRBO! Should you have any queries during your stay, please give us a chance to find a solution and help you.

The apartment is in a prime position, within walking distance to Melbourne Central Station, RMIT University, Queen Victoria Market, and Chinatown. It has easy access to Melbourne University, Bourke Street Mall, and Flagstaff Gardens.

Its super convenient to walk around the CBD and their is a free Melbourne CBD tram line close by :)

12 min/9 min tram drive to Etihad Stadium
13 min drive/20 min tram to Rod Laver Arena
14 mins drive/tram to the MCG

The property is professionally cleaned between each guest stay, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness during your stay. We appreciate it if you do some tidying up before leaving our apartment - at least throw out your garbage. We don't expect you to do an extensive cleaning of the apartment, but leaving the apartment in a reasonable state is appreciated and very helpful for our cleaners' performance.

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Check-outs are strictly before 9:00 am. Note: If you confirm your booking on the same day as when your reservation begins, there may be a potential delay with check-in. But we will do everything to ensure that you check in on time.

One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any loss or damage to our key/fob is subject to a $200 charge. Keys that are locked inside the apartment, and if a locksmith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees.

Late check-outs - our cleaners charge us a late fee for significant delays in check-out. If this occurs, you may be subject to cover this fee.

Check out - Please take a photo of the keys/fob returned to its location on check out, and send the photo on the VRBO chat for confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within our home, your booking will be canceled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given.
