Both dwellings are kept consistently comfortable all year round with gas ducted heating, air-conditioning in both living areas and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There is plenty of outdoor space to provide the flexibility for you to indulge in your own private getaway or come together when you want!

Tucked away from the street in a quiet leafy Rosebud pocket, take a ten minute leisurely stroll to the main shopping strip and beach.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.
