The ground floor features everything you need for a memorable stay:

BEDROOMS:
- Master Bedroom: A spacious retreat with a king-size bed, smart TV, wardrobe, and drawer space. (NB, there is a separate dressing area with owner's things)
- Front Bedroom: Offers a queen-size bed, desk with monitors, a smart TV, bean bag, and ample storage, including an empty closet for guests. (NB, there is a separate owner's closet)
- Study: Centrally located with a long desk, two chairs, monitors, and a fold-out leather couch suitable for one person. A decorative fireplace and cupboard with shelving for clothes complete the space. (NB, there is a separate owner's closet)

LIVING AREAS:
- Snug: A cozy TV room at the front of the house with a smart TV, lounge, coffee table, and decorative fireplace. Curtains can be drawn for added privacy.
- Open-Plan Lounge, Dining, and Kitchen:
- The dining room features a table with seating, a decorative fireplace, and a cupboard with pool towels and tablecloths.
- The lounge area offers comfortable couches, coffee tables, and scenic views of the garden. A queen-size inflatable mattress can be set up here for additional sleeping space.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a large fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, a Fisher & Paykel two-drawer dishwasher, a wall oven, cooktop, microwave, and coffee machine.

BATHROOM & LAUNDRY:

- A large corner bath with a shower, sink, and a Bosch washer/dryer. A separate toilet adds extra convenience.
