Welcome to Westside Lake and Bay, a cosy and comfortable stay in family-friendly Altona. Ideal for small families, friends or those travelling with pets, this welcoming two-bedroom home offers an easy, relaxed base close to the beach, parks and local amenities.

Inside, the home features a light-filled living area with split-system heating and cooling, a fully equipped kitchen, and a simple, functional layout well suited to short or longer stays. The secure backyard is perfect for children and pets, with a BBQ for relaxed outdoor meals, while off street parking is also available.

The home includes a central bathroom with both a bath and shower, along with a separate WC for added convenience.

Whether you’re visiting loved ones, enjoying a coastal break or simply looking for a comfortable base in Melbourne’s west, this home offers a cosy and convenient stay.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
