Casa di Tosca is a vacation rental apartment in Torre dell`Orso, among the most beautiful seaside resorts of Salento on the coast of Melendugno. The vacation home offers up to 6 beds.

Casa di Tosca is a solution located on the second floor of a building in the built-up area of Torre dell`Orso.
A
gate allows access to a paved courtyard where you can park your car,
which is shared with another house. In the courtyard, in addition, there
is an exclusive space, equipped with a washroom and outdoor shower,
useful when returning from the sea.
The apartment Casa di Tosca is
developed on the second floor, reached by external stairs. The entrance
is into a large living room furnished with 1 single sofa bed, dining room, TV and a well-equipped open kitchen. Here there is also a washing machine.
An air-conditioned hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom with 3 single beds, and to 1 full shower room.

Casa di Tosca is located in a quiet area in the town of Torre dell`Orso, a beautiful marina of Melendugno on the Adriatic Sea.
The
location allows you to walk to the promenade just 200 m away, the
beautiful Torre dell`Orso beach about 500 m away, and all the main
tourist services that are within easy reach.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare).
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
