The accommodation is on the first floor and features a living room with sofa bed, a cozy fireplace, and an adjacent, spacious, well-equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with bunk beds) and a bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Outside, a large furnished terrace is perfect for relaxing in the sun. Start your day with a cup of coffee, enjoy meals together, and end the evening with a glass of wine under the stars.



A supermarket is 900 m away (about 12 minutes on foot), while restaurants, bars, and cafés are just 450 m away (about 6 minutes on foot). The historic center of Otranto, famous for its unique scenery, is 30 minutes by car (21 km) and offers many shops and historical sites.
