The apartment is located about 1 km from Lido d’Orsetta Beach and a short distance from the Due Sorelle viewpoint, which offers a breathtaking view of an area of Puglia known as the “Caribbean of Salento.”

The apartment features all the main amenities, and the outdoor veranda—complete with patio furniture, a barbecue, and a shower—is undoubtedly its standout feature!

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Lecce Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in-in.



After 9:30 p.m., direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM - 25.00 euros

- From 11:00 PM to midnight - 30.00 euros

- From 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. - 40.00 euros



The tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Melendugno will be collected in cash uponarrival and amounts to 1.50 euros.

- From Brindisi Airport, we recommend renting a car, which will take you to the apartment in about an hour. Alternatively, you can get there in about 2.5 hours via the PUGLIAIRBUS service to Lecce, then continue by bus to the Viale dei Palmizi stop (Vesuvio)



- From Lecce Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the bus from the Lecce - Viale Gallipoli to the Viale dei Palmizi (Vesuvio)



- If you’re traveling by car, you can park on the street for free.
