The property is ideally set up for alfresco living, surrounded by lush greenery and features a private garden where visitors can relax, unwind and prepare meals on the BBQ. There’s also a dedicated outdoor dining area positioned under a shady loggia that provides a practical extension to the main living space. The fenced garden ensures a safe space for children and pets to play freely.

Inside, guests can relax in the cosy open-plan living room that incorporates a dining space and the kitchen. This area is furnished with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a Smart flatscreen HD Digital TV. Location

The apartment is situated in the outskirts of the small town of Torre Specchia Ruggieri, just 7 minutes\' drive along the coast from the resort of San Foca and less than a 10-minute walk from the closest beach. The closest restaurant is approximately a 5-minute walk away, and there are several supermarkets within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

Places of interest nearby include the peaceful town of Melendugno (a 15-minute drive). Here, visitors will find some interesting churches, a 12th-century abbey, a small castle, and several excellent restaurants. The weekly market (Wednesday) is a source of the best local ingredients to cook at home.

Further afield, guests can reach Lecce in approximately a 30-minute drive, named the “Florence of the South”, where visitors can explore the wonderful Baroque architecture, Roman ruins and enjoy the excellent food and shopping.

Nature lovers can head to the WWF nature reserve at Le Cesine, an 8-minute drive from the villa. For golfers, there are 2 golf clubs near the town of Acaya (a 10-minute drive)
