The villa features one double bedroom and a second bedroom with three single beds, ideal for accommodating up to 5 people, with the option to add an extra fold-out bed. There are two bathrooms: one full bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink, and a second half-bath with a toilet and sink, as well as a very convenient outdoor shower perfect after a day at the beach.

You can cook comfortably in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy your meals on the large outdoor veranda or in the private garden, where you’ll also find a built-in barbecue perfect for outdoor dinners. The vast garden and well-manicured lawn are ideal for children to play or for relaxing in the shade of the trees.

The villa also boasts a huge swimming pool with two different depths, perfect for cooling off or sunbathing in complete privacy.
