”The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better.”

”The owner offered prompt service and ultimately gave a refund. The property was nice, but cleaning was not sufficient even after cleaning lady came a 2nd time. Details below:When we arrived there was hair in the bathtub, food on the counters and stove top, and the dish soap was almost empty. There was no way to bolt the unit from the inside. I texted and the owner promptly sent someone to clean while we were out eating. When we returned some things were better, but the kitchen counter still...

”Was great location for us not far from our daughters house. Lots of restaurants and grocery shopping nearby.”

”This was my first time booking a VRBO for my boss and his wife and I found the process to be frustrating. I had to deal with a management company instead of the owner of the condo. I have multiple emails and messages asking for information that I had provided. Once there, the kitchen faucet was broken, no pizza cutter and salt and pepper shakers that only gave you salt. I wish I could have dealt directly with the owner; I think the overall experience would be so much better. ”

”Pros: Nice apartment, lots of amenities in the complex, good location, host was very communicative and responsive.Cons: no blow dryer, kitchen minimally stocked, parking is extra and didn’t see that in the listing.”
