The one-bedroom apartment has its own private entrance that leads onto a wonderful pool deck. Furnishing is modern and of excellent quality with private amenities, fully equipped for a self-catering holiday, The apartment comprises a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, A 1 bedroom for 2 /3 persons, a baby cot, and a high chair can be provided. the bedroom consists of 1 double bed, 2 side tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, mirrors 2 armchairs, a coffee table, Flat tv, and air conditioning, the 3rd person may be provided with an extra bed and facilities on request. The large swimming pool is shared with only 2 other apartments rented only and exclusively to resident holidaymakers, the pool is split with a shallow baby pool to cater to little kids. The pool measures 950cm x 500 cm. Depth is 190 cm, shallow part 90cm
Children pool 270 x 270 cm depth 55.
Garden furniture and sunbeds are available for each person, A great place to stay.

A very nice property in a quiet area on the edge of Mellihea town, convenient for stores, restaurants and for access to the main highway to Valletta and Gozo. Parking was easy and Melita was a great host, giving very helpful instructions for check-in and on arrival, as well as being very quick to sort out a problem there was with the WiFi. The apartment itself has plenty of room for 1-2 people and has the essentials you need for a stay. Due to unseasonal weather, I did not use the pool, but it looked great!

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Eigentümer wohnen im Haus über den Wohnungen und sind ausgesprochen herzlich und aufmerksam. Sie haben ein offenes Ohr, geben gerne Tipps zu Ausflügen und helfen bei Extrawünsche (zB ein Blumenstrauß zum Hochzeitstag). Sie haben von sich aus angeboten, unsere leere Autobatterie aufzuladen.Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht: einen sauberen Pool mit Liegen, verschiedene Sitzecken, einen Grill sowie ein kleines Waschhaus mit Waschmaschine (Waschmittel bitte selbst mitbringen). Außerdem steht ein Wäscheständer zur Verfügung.Unsere Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet: eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, ein sauberes Bad sowie ein kombinierter Wohn- und Schlafraum mit reichlich Stauraum durch Schränke. Das Bett hat eine mittelweiche Matratze. Ein Fernseher ist vorhanden – man kann auch problemlos seinen Firestick anschließen. Es gibt ein Ventilator und zusätzlich eine Klimaanlage, mit einem Münzautomaten (In zwei Wochen haben wir gerade einmal 5 verbraucht). Zur Hälfte des Aufenthaltes wurde Wäsche gewechselt und die Wohnung gereinigt.Ein kleiner Hinweis: In der Umgebung gibt es viele Mücken. Wir empfehlen daher, Insektenschutzmittel mitzubringen. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – sowohl wegen der tollen Gastgeber als auch wegen der gepflegten Anlage und der angenehmen Atmosphäre.

Zeer aangenaam contact met de eigenares, Melita! Net en ruim appartement gelijkvloers met alle faciliteiten. De airco werkte zeer goed (wat nodig is op Malta tijdens de hete dagen). Het zwembad was heerlijk en elke dag en nacht zeer zuiver en netjes! De tuin op het einde van het zwembad was zeer goed onderhouden. Over heel de lijn een leuk vakantieplek - om naar terug te keren!

Friendly and helpful host - super place!

Driving to the property, we could see that it was a very clean, quiet and affluent area, which was a great start. Upon arrival, Melita, the host, greeted us at the gate and brought us down to our apartment. Turning the corner we could see how clean the pool area was. The pool was crystal clear. Melita made us feel at home from the very start, and we chatted for a while. The apartment was spotless and catered for the two of us perfectly. You pay via a meter for air conditioning but even though it was in the mid thirties our apatment always seemed cool. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, either as a couple in the one bedroom apartment right up to about a dozen people taking up the whole three apartments.

Holiday bei Melitas Villa June!

What else can I say? The holidays at Melita's Villa June were almost perfect. The villa offers plenty of space and the pool is magnificent. The barbecue evenings with fresh fish were a great success. Melita herself was always available to contact and very friendly. The city Mellieħa is simply beautiful and clean, ideal for holidays. It won't be our last visit :-)

Our host Melita was wonderful to deal with. Attentive and helpful, Melita was informative about her home country, responded quickly to our needs, but also respectful of our privacy. What a lovely lady and great host - we would stay there again ! It's also within walking distance to a handy grocery store and lots of great restaurants. The pool area is quite special and as the other 2 units were unoccupied, we had the whole area to ourselves - this is where we enjoyed our Mediterranean breakfast almost every day.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment that was very clean, central, private and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good location to explore the island from. 25 minute walk across tranquil rural farmland to secluded and beautiful bays. Beautiful to sit and enjoy the views and lovely coastal walks. Hosts were very thoughtful, helpful, friendly and informative with lots of valued suggestions on things to do and see.

Lovely property

My partner and I stayed for one week at Melitas lovely property. We hired a car in advance which we collected/dropped off at the airport. This property was in a great location particularly if you have a car, you can access anywhere in Malta within 45 mins. The property was great and had everything we needed, plus the pool was an added bonus (very refreshing). Mel it’s was very accommodating, and gave us some useful advice on where to visit. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Wonderful holiday, wonderful host

We had a wonderful time at Melita’s one bedroomed apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the bedroom spacious. Great for the two of us. Melita the owner was wonderful she lives above the three apartments and knows everything there is to know about Malta she gave us great advice about where to go even down to the best restaurant to visit in Medna. The pool area is great and gets the sun from sunrise to sunset and there are lovely quiet areas to seat. The walk down to the the shoreline takes about 15 minutes and a further 10 minutes if you want to go into Melleiha We only had 7 days at this really lovely apartment and have decided that we will go back to Melita’s next year to complete the places we wish to see. Thank you Melita for being such a gracious host look forward to seeing you next year. Kim and Graham

Wonderful Vacation Property

This property is beautiful. Our apartment was spacious and very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Pool grounds are spacious with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Not over crowded like a hotel. This area is also quiet. It is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest grocery store and bus stops. I suggest you get a bus pass. Buses are clean and we were able to use google map to find our way around Malta. We took the bus to visit attractions as well as to Velletta and Marsaxlokk. Velletta is great to pick up gifts and has lots of restaurants too. We recommend visiting Marsaxlokk on Sunday as they have an outdoor market which was great. Malta has a lot of history, if you are into that. We visited the beach 2 times (Mellieha Bay), just 12 minutes by bus. Mellieha Bay is one of the top 5 beaches in Malta. In one word ... BEAUTIFUL !! You will need 15 euros to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for the day. Melita our hostess was outstanding. She treated us like family. Lovely person, she lives on the property and will always have time to stop what she is doing to have a chat with you. She was very helpful with any questions we had. She explained how things work and if we ever needed anything, she was just a phone call away. We look forward to another visit here. Thank you Melita for making our vacation so memorable. Mellieha, ein ruhiges Plätzchen abseits des Trubels

Schönes modern eingerichtetes Apartment in einer ruhigen Gegend mit schönen alten Villen. Schöner Pool, den wir aufgrund des eher kühlen Wetters nicht genutzt haben. Wir haben auf ein Auto verzichtet und haben die Insel per Bus erkundet, was gut funktioniert, aber natürlich mehr Zeit kostet. Bushaltestelle ca. 10 min. entfernt, ebenso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieterin Melitta ist sehr nett und ist auch mi Tipps zur Stelle. Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack etwas weich. Alles ist so wie auf den Bildern und wie in der Beschreibung. Und Malta ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!

The apartment was exactly as described as was the pool area. Melita the host was very accommodating and helpful. She gave us lots of useful advice on the area. We will definitely try to book again when next in Malta.

We both had a great week at June Ville, Melita was an incredible host who's knowledge of the Maltese history and tourist attractions was very helpful. We had a good few "Chin Wag's" with Melita herself and had a good laugh at the time. Overall we had a great week, and would recommend anyone to stay at June Ville. Best regards to Melite and Godfery.

Amazing holiday - 100% Recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at June Ville. The apartment was spotless, well equipped and exactly as pictured/described, in fact we thought it was above expectations! The host Melita was so very welcoming and there if you needed her but not intrusive, she was able to recommend places to visit and restaurants ect as needed. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk to the bus stop where you can get buses to everywhere, we bought a bus pass for 7 days for €21 to get on as many buses as we liked and were able to get to everywhere we wanted. There is also a fabulous strip of shops and restaurants about a 20 minute walk from the property so plenty to explore without even having to travel anywhere. The location is perfect if you want somewhere set back from the hustle of tourists but still close to amenities. We will definitely be recommending Malta to our friends and family as a place to visit and June Ville as the perfect place to stay. Thank you so much Melita for having us and making our stay in Malta stress free and very comfortable, if we return to Malta in the future we know where to stay for sure!
