The rooms were large and comfortable with very comfortable beds, great water pressure, and all spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, all in a lovely little parish. ”Very welcoming reception from the host. We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic cooked breakfast each morning. My wife is coeliac and was well catered for. This B&B is ideally suited for the city centre, has close transport links and also provides on-street parking.

”A beautiful, rural retreat. Wonderful facilities, extremely clean and homely. Comfortable bed with lots of in room extras, like home made shortbread, fresh milk with a mini fridge to store it in, lovely toiletries and a modern bathroom. Breakfast was freshly cooked using local produce, hence the brilliant taste.

”The staff were Brilliant. We were given what could be described as a standard room when we arrived. When we showed reception picture of room which was booked they changed room to room on picture immediately. It was mentioned that it should not have been advertised as a superior room. Hotel was perfect for a warm , quiet welcome after a day walking. Staff were fantastic. ”

”Comfortable and good food with quick service. Plenty of sockets in the room, in useful places, which is great when travelling for business and having work to do. There wasn't a desk as it was a small single room, but there was a socket, with USB charger on the wall by the bed and a cushion to use, so working sitting on the bed was comfortable and convenient.”
