”Very friendly couple own and take care of the place. They are very attentive. It wasn't the most modern of places, but very clean and the shower had awesome pressure! A couple little shops very close including a great breakfast spot right next store”

”Amazing customer service from the live-in manager and his staff. Available all hours of the day and night with great recommendations for food and activities. Property is a little on the weathered side but was extremely suitable for a stay. Beds were quite comfortable even though the frame was a popping metal that made noises at every movement. Great air conditioners, nice televisions, and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Would absolutely stay here again.”

”Long wait for service when ordering at times. Day 1 waited to get Mothers Day Brunch was told it was sold out to locals. Yet an hour later a couple walks up To bar and inquired and got to purchase. Was told no upgrade even though Expedia stated so. Ended up getting one when a sign fell On me. Door staff very nice. Front desk needs hospitality training. Most waiters was nice. ”

”Stayed for one night to go to Rockville concert. Run away, I've stayed in questionable motels but this was the absolute worst. We can start with the questionable door locks, the smell in the room, the bugs, the mold in the bathroom. It's not worth the money you're saving ”

”Amazing property tucked away in Daytona beach. Friendly staff, clean and very nice rooms, everything makes you feel welcomed into your beach stay. Direct views of the ocean from almost each room. Very accommodating and looking forward to coming back.”

”There was no hot water. Even after calling and being told to let the water run for 19 mins. I let it run for 30 mins and it never even got warm.”

”Upon arrive I loved how small and quaint it was. Check in was super simple and quick. Staff was so friendly.. my kid and I loved our room, the hotel was clean and smelled nice. It was quiet and private. My kid forgot spare contact so we had someone overnight them to us, Jody called us and was so sweet she took them to our room and left them on our bed because we wouldn’t make it back before she left. They were just wonderful. 20/10 recommend this place.”

”Since the wrong night got booked instead of the one we wanted!!! We have no way of knowing how the property, staff, pool, or other amenities were. We wanted Saturday May 16-17 instead May 15-16 got booked and no one would help sort it out so we ended up having to book another hotel therefore having to pay twice. I am not impressed. Our cruise ended on the 16 and being the cautious that I am I check everything at least three times before confirming. So imagine my surprise and embarrassment when I...

”The resort is one of my favorites. Great view. Room had everything i needed to cook. Plenty of room. Staff was great and the hotel is kept up and clean.”

”What a nice hotel with fabulous staff! Everyone was so friendly. We were visiting for our anniversary and had a hand written note from someone at the hotel congratulating us, nice touch! The general manager is a gem. Very special.”

”Room was nice as always. Only thing that ruined the trip was my trip to the hospital. Nothing to do with hotel stay. When we're able to return to Daytona, we'll definitely stay here again. ”

”it was a decent place for booking last minute however around 1:30 am we had to change rooms due there being a roach in the bed and on the wall, the front desk person said our options were to stay in the room and they clean it in the morning or change rooms , we changed rooms around 1:45 am and we’re not offered any discount because he said we changed rooms ”

”It’s my go to each time I go to Daytona which is about once per month now. Each time I’m here for 3 days and I always enjoy it. If you’re looking for cleanliness, peace and quiet and budget friendly, this is the spot. Great sun deck, pool and entrance to a low key section of Daytona Beach. I’m hesitant to give a great review because I want to keep it just the way it is.”
