”The proprietors are very helpful and friendly and really want you to have a great stay and go out of their way to make it happen. It's a great no-frills motel with plenty of free parking. The bathroom fixtures were outdated from like the previous century, but everything worked and what makes this place charming!”

”The outdoor pool was not very clean. Kids were writing their names in the scum on the sides of the pool! Lots of hair and bugs in the water.”

”I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again.”

”It wasn’t what i paid for. My room wasn’t have a pool view and they switch a room next day and it wasn’t ready for me. Beds messed up, trash on bathroom and dirty towels on tub .”

”Good morning. Just a couple of minor things. For one the room was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke. We purchased a smoke eliminator spray and it did the job. Second, the ac was set to 72 degrees but the room was not cool. It took about an hour for the room to cool down. Lastly, the microwave stopped working the first day. However I do not blame the hotel because that's bound to happen. I'm very grateful the staff and management gave a quick response and immediately replaced the...

”The staff was nice and there was a lot of parking. Other guests were arguing in the parking lot and there was big roaches in the hotel. Don’t recommend staying.”

”There were no chairs on the balcony. The view was beautiful, I wish I had something to sit on to admire it. The air was out in the hallways for the entire stay. The air in the room would not adjust as well. It’s too hot in Florida in the summer to not have the air conditioning unit functioning properly.”

”Beach access was great. The room was not very clean and there was broken glass on the floor of the bedroom. Luckily found before my littles stepped on it. The room was definitely in need of paint and fixing old worn walls and flooring. No bugs and it was just okay. No towels in the pool area so bring your own. I would not repeat stay unfortunately.”

”What a run down motel. You get what you pay for. We were just trying to stay close to Rockville event. We saw drug deals and prostitution at back of property and all along the street beside the motel”

”Loved this hotel as it felt like old beachy Florida, but it would’ve been nice to be able to travel solo as a single woman without the staff of a hotel shooting their shot with me.”

”Staff was great, nice and helpful. Room was not clean. Floor was slick with condensation from wall AC, but at least it was ice cold in the room! Had to wash all the hair out of the tub before showering then dried off with very worn towels with stains. Before we could sleep, it was a game of "Who Can Kill The Most Roaches." That was not cool! Bedspreads were clearly not washed. Felt icky and smelled. Tub faucets and spouts were so rusted and jagged from years of use and being close to the...

”Everything was ok. Just a few details that have to be fix like the stove, just one burner working, the balcony door handler. The rest was fine. Excellent ocean view.”

”Stayed for one night to go to Rockville concert. Run away, I've stayed in questionable motels but this was the absolute worst. We can start with the questionable door locks, the smell in the room, the bugs, the mold in the bathroom. It's not worth the money you're saving ”
