”Hallway and room are way too dark and give a vibe of fear (hallway) and gloom (room). Three of the lights in the room were not working when I entered the darkly painted room (room 123). The lamps were not plugged in and I had to find sockets to plug them in. The TV is new, but has not been set up for viewing. I went to find staff to get help with these problems but could not find desk staff (9 pm). I rang bell 6 times in 10 minutes. No response. Infuriating! .

”This property seemed to be in transition. The Ramkota name was no longer on the building, leading me to believe they were moving from a branded hotel to an unbranded one.
