”Such a cute guest house that sits behind a big historic home in a very beautiful historic neighborhood. If I were to live in Memphis, this would be the neighborhood I would pic. Felt very safe and the owner on property is very nice and helpful. We were only there 1 day as we traveled through for an overnight roadtrip. It’s hard to find places that don’t require 3 day minimum. (At least places that you’d want to stay!) super cute setup they have there. ”

”It was clean and practical. The only bad part was power was turned off for tree trimming pretty much a whole morning. Lol No lights in the bathroom. I totally get why and there is really no other way to safely do the job in a bucket truck with cutting tools around the power lines. Just a little heads up would have been nice. ”I loved this property and plan to book again next time I'm in the area. I was only in town for about 24 hrs and I was bummed that I wasn't staying longer because the apartment was so cute! "Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45. Same problem with the food. There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate."
