”There were multiple issues with this property... From the moment we arrived, there were 5 police officers and animal control blocking the drop off zone due to "someone having a cat that they weren't supposed to, so they had it removed" though they also looked through the windows of a car in the lot...
As for the property itself:
1. There are 3 elevators, but only 1 works and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to arrive when you push the button... When it did, the hand rails inside were busted...
