Red Door -mökki on mukava uusilla remonteilla tähän Midtown Charmeriin

Tämä 1100 jalan mökki on täydellisen kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta, mitä Midtown tarjoaa. Brooks-museo, Overton Park, Levitt Shell, Overton Square .... 20+ ravintolaa, baareja, elokuvateatteri, Ballet Memphis, 2 teatteriryhmää ja elävää musiikkia.
Olen paikallinen urakoitsija ja suunnittelija, joka on ottanut tämän vuoden 1910 mökin ja sisustanut suurimman osan siitä nastalle ja tehnyt siitä vuoden 2018 näyttelypaikan huomioiden yksityiskohdat. Kaikki on uutta. Keittiössä on kaasukeittäminen ja se on varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset ikimuistoisen aterian keittämiseen. Tilava ruokasali, jossa pöytä 8: lle. 2 makuuhuonetta ... yksi queen ja suurempi huone king. Molemmissa ylelliset vuodevaatteet ja liinavaatteet. Ruokasalissa tarjotaan parivuode ja parisänky. 3 vierailleni tarjottu HDTV-kaapeli, Apple TV, Netflix ja WiFi. Ulkotilaa tarjotaan etukuistilla ja se tarjoaa täydellisen viihdyttävän ja rentouttavan ulkoilmapaikan ulkona. Äskettäin maisemoitu piha, jossa pysäköinti 3 autolle ajotieltä. Vierastalossa on pitkäaikainen vuokralainen. Tavoitteenani viimeistely- ja sisustusvalinnoissa oli tarjota parempi kuin 5 tähden hotellin laatu, jonka tiedän, että saavutin tavoitteeni !! Great Midtown location

We booked this rental last minute when our other one cancelled on us and it was a perfect location. Having two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was ideal for me and my adult son. Because we were a last minute reservation there was a glitch and the unit had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Ben was quick to respond and came to change linens etc while we went out for a bit. It was comfortable, AC worked great and having a washer and dryer if needed is a bonus.

Wonderful House

The house was comfortable and spacious. The location is great; easy walk to Overton Square, very close to Cooper Young, and also an easy drive downtown. Would stay again.

Week long Business Trip

attended a weeklong school program at Christian Brothers. Great location for that. Great location for restaurants and DoorDash. Safe location with parking for two vehicles. House sits back off the street so plenty of privacy. House is well appointed and very comfortable for a week long stay or less. Great communication with host would highly recommend for a single adult stay, a family of four, or a long weekend for a couple.

Came to town to spend a 4 day weekend with our son's family and his wife's family.. The location was perfect minutes from their apartment, the house gave us plenty of room to visit. The house was clean and sits off the road. You don't hear any road noise. There was great parking for 3 cars off the road. You can walk out the front door down 2 blocks for a great place for breakfast called Bob's. I feel the kitchen is larger than it looks in the pictures. We cooked dinner 2 nights and had plenty of room for 7 adults and a baby to visit and eat. Both sides of the family would definitely stay at this house if we needed to be in Memphis again.

Super location for volleyball tourney

What a great location…. Cite, walkable neighborhood to a few shops, restaurants grocery and gas station. Under 2 miles to volleyball tournament location (on Early Maxwell). Quick and easy drive to Beale Street. House was comfortable and the host was quick to respond to questions. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, multiple tvs and washer and dryer made this a great alternative to a hotel for a family. Would recommend.

3 people - plenty of room

We were a couple and a single. The 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms worked well for us. Uber rides to Beale street were $7.97,also to Sun studios $7.97. Close to the Beauty Shop restaurant- excellent food and service and unique decor where Priscilla Presley used to get her beehive hairdo’s done!

Beautiful house and neighborhood

This property is everything the host says it is, it’s even nicer than the pictures, and that is glorious. If I weren’t a nervous arthritic this would have been my dream vacation rental. However I am so if you are too be aware: The two steps I said I could handle? They are not lighted, and they are extremely steep. By the end of our stay my knees and hips were stiff / sore to the point I was having trouble walking. If you are a light sleeper or hyper-vigilant, and you are going in the fall, be advised that the largest bedroom and front porch are directly under a black walnut tree. We went in mid October so we had squirrels and walnuts thumping the roof and front porch all hours of the day and night. Again, the property is wonderful and the host and tenant are super nice so five stars and I learned a lesson about booking vacations so win-win

Great location

Stayed here with another couple for a 3 night Memphis exploration trip. Perfect location in Midtown close car drive to everything Memphis, including great local spots. Close to stores and groceries. . Ben was very responsive when I needed to ask a question. House was clean, comfortable decorated very nice. Kitchen could use a little more outfitting. Not a huge problem when there are good restaurants nearby! Thanks so much, Ben!

Quaint, in just the right spot

We were visiting the zoo and just taking a short break from work in Memphis. The property is well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped- right up my alley.

Cute little house
