”Not a 4 star, it is a 2 at best. Got there at midnight had to self check in, and then got a text that my room was not ready. The staff who didn’t even welcome me or acknowledge me when I walked into the hotel was rude. When I questioned how a room is not ready at midnight she gave me a lecture on how to address people. The hallways and room were dirty with long black hair on our pillows and bathroom vanity. I would not even use the shower. They also charged $100 to my card for incidentals that...

”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest!
When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active.
Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”I paid $320 for 3 nights for the hotel. I checked into the hotel at 10PM and checked out at 11PM, letting go of my money. Where do I start? It was a terrible place. Sticky/greasy floors , dirty furniture, chairs with all kinds of stains etc.. I did not even bother entering the bathroom. When I was returning the keys, they did not even bother asking what the problem was and how they can rectify it. Horrible experience!”
