”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest!
When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active.
Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”I had problems with the reservation and a young lady named Shelby helped me straighten everything out! We have stayed at Drury before and they never disappoint. I also asked a young lady that had cleaning cart on my floor for extra blanket and she immediately provided one.”

”The room was delightful but the bed it too close to the post. Moving it one foot to the left would have made it easier to get up & go to bed.
The coffee was okay; thanks for the hot cocoa. Whoever designed the bed system should put a page of instruction within. Terry said the bathroom toilet seat would not stay up!
But we had a wonderful time! Terry went up to the top; we both enjoyed walking around and shopping and everyone of the staff was absolutely fantastic--kind, helpful, &...
