”This was a brand new property and we only stayed one night. The checkin instructions on the site were not what was needed but a quick call to the property and it was all set. It was a great rate and we stayed there due to the walking distance to the xfinity center, an easy 20 min with police helping at crossings during the show times!”

”My daughter sat in a chair outside to eat breakfast. She had shorts on and when she stood up her legs were on fire. After inspecting the chair it looked like the chair was degrading and there were fiberglass particles all over it. I told the staff and asked them to remove the chair but nothing was done. My daughter was very unhappy and in a lot of pain”

”I would not recommend this property to anyone. The owner of the property has not done their job maintaining it and keeping it to the standard of the hotel brand. The furniture in the rooms has to be at least 30 years old. The rugs in the rooms and hallways the same. In the second floor towards room 215 the whole hallway smells like piss. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom is in a really weird place all the way to the back right where it is not reachable if using the toilet. The thermostat...

”Pro: We had a 1 bedroom suite which was very clean and looked new. We were in town for a World Cup Game so location to stadium was perfect. Breakfast was sufficient enough with choices. There was a shuttle to the stadium that picks you up from the hotel -$12.50/person one way. We did round trip and it was perfect. Some shuttle services were charging $100/person. It got us to/from the stadium within 15 minutes. I didn't know about this service until front desk told me about it- more on that...

”Staff were very friendly and tried their best to help customers. The property is in much need of updating. They can start by cleaning the carpets in the halls and rooms. Power went off on my check out day, that's wnen I learned they don't have a back up generator for power outages. Never have I experienced a property of that size not having a generator. Well...maybe they did, just in need of repairs like the rest of the place. Will stay elsewhere on future trips.”

”We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)”
