”Hotelli näyttää ulospäin hienolta, aula ja yleiset tilat ovat näyttäviä. Kasino on hyvä lisä, jos haluaa mennä illalla viettämään aikaa. Myös hotellin spa on kohtuuhintainen muttei muuten mikään uskomattoman hieno kokemus. Hieronnat laadukkaita. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja asiantuntevaa. Park huone oli tilava, mutta vähän ”tyhjä”. Kylpyhuoneen ovi ei suostunut yhteistyöhön.”

”Hotel De Cielo is a wonderful property. At the foot of the Andes mountains it offers amazing views, My wife and I booked it because we were heading into the mountains the following day. We, however, were completely unprepared. We didn't have any food for the night because we had counted on finding something nearby. When we got to Hotel de Cielo we found that their kitchen was closed for lunch (their regularly scheduled day off). The staff quickly jumped into action and prepared us a meal and...

”A disappointing experience. The place is beautiful, but it seems the owners have not given money for upkeeping investments. The chairs in our room were stained. The telephone did not work (we got a new one when requested), the tap was not only dripping - water was literally pouring. We had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. The tap was not mended during our 3-night stay. The hotel has bicycles you can borrow to ride around. 70 % of them are in undrivable condition. It is such a shame...
