”Hotelli näyttää ulospäin hienolta, aula ja yleiset tilat ovat näyttäviä. Kasino on hyvä lisä, jos haluaa mennä illalla viettämään aikaa. Myös hotellin spa on kohtuuhintainen muttei muuten mikään uskomattoman hieno kokemus. Hieronnat laadukkaita. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja asiantuntevaa. Park huone oli tilava, mutta vähän ”tyhjä”. Kylpyhuoneen ovi ei suostunut yhteistyöhön.”

”Hotel Alcántara was wonderful. It is very modern, spotless and brand new. Everybody is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. One of the best parts is the location, just 3 to 10 minutes from some truly amazing vineyards. We loved every single moment of our stay. Breakfast was another highlight: very healthy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!”

”A disappointing experience. The place is beautiful, but it seems the owners have not given money for upkeeping investments. The chairs in our room were stained. The telephone did not work (we got a new one when requested), the tap was not only dripping - water was literally pouring. We had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. The tap was not mended during our 3-night stay. The hotel has bicycles you can borrow to ride around. 70 % of them are in undrivable condition. It is such a shame...

”Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff; beautiful rooms, buildings, landscaping, pool, hot tub, and vineyards; delicious food and wines--did that cover it? ”The room was spacious enough for three of us travelers and very clean and well set up. The staff was over the top gracious and considerate of all our needs and questions. Maria, the manager, was so warm and welcoming. Max, the chef, German at reception, and everyone else made our stay so special. Should I be fortunate to pass this way again, I would head straight for Hotel Villa Mansa for another wonderful stay!”
