”This hotel was very convenient for the Ximen walk area. The rooms are well designed and contemporary. The staff was very friendly and helpful when you need something. They recognized Expedia rewards status and provided complimentary water bottles at the lounge area. Also if there drop off a towel and water bottles at your room door when you put do not disturb and skip housekeeping. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Ximen area. ”

Cleaning works well. Second floors snack selection is so good!
Improvements:
Elevator made a loud sound and felt like it fell down a bit. Rooms are very small and there is no safety boxes but reception has a box. Problem with their safety deposite box is that they don't verify that you actually own that stuff. Only room number is not enough to verify that you are the owner!”

”The location is great, a short walk from Ximen metro and the Red House. Despite the busy surroundings, the hotel is peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious, tidy and very clean, so was the bathroom. The staff very extremely attentive, helpful, cheerful and welcoming. The price is very reasonable. There is a set-menu breakfast (both Chinese and Western options, changing daily) which is very convinient.”

”Room was ok, clean and hotel was quiet. When I booked a room, there promised that a minibar include and also there promised to include personal hygiene products - there were not those things.
The wiew from the window was not nice and whwn we liked to keep window open at night, the room was very noisy.
Also prise of the room would have been cheaper if we had order it on the hotel, not by internet.
In hotel was not any change to order any food.
