”If you are in Paris, you HAVE to stay here! The property and hotel are STUNNING. You feel like you are secluded while still being in the city. The staff are AMAZING. They were so friendly and attentive. We went with my 5 year old, and she LOVED the pool and spa. I would stay here again!!”

”The air con was broken which was a big problem with 3 small children and record Paris temperatures. Fair enough, things can break but it is the way the staff dealt with it on check in.
I asked if anything can be done or compensation offered to which she said the only thing that can be done if you are not happy with the room is to go to another hotel. A poor response considering we had arrived at 9pm with 3 tired small children. They knew the air con was broken all day, if this was to be their...

”The hotel is immaculate, the restaurant and bar cafe food wonderful, the majority of staff extremely helpful and accommodating and the ambiance of the place is extremely calm and restful.
They do need to look at the frustrating pool/spa area … you only get free access with a delux room or above ( they did upgrade me for free at checkin due to my Expedia membership but didn’t tell me, so i thought i had to pay the substantial fee for a while) and you have to book a slot for only 1hr 30mins…then...
