”Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event.”

”We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding in downtown Yankton. It was perfect because it was within walking distance. The apartment itself was very clean. Hallways and stairway leading to the property were a little dirty, especially the carpets. We had multiple units in this building reserved. This particular one was not quite as up to date with furnishings and decor as others. But still a very comfortable place to stay. I would definitely return, especially for a downtown Yankton event.”

”I love this property- let me start with that! The rustic feel, the amazing bathtub and the sound of wooden floors! I have stayed here before. But this time the price was nearly double. And I take responsibility for not paying attention to the price breakdown. I expected a cleaning fee and taxes, but did not expect the fees to be double the nightly room fees. For those fees, I would have expected the room to not have dust on the ceiling fans, dirty floors, walls, etc… they should take that...

”We liked this location and will try to stay here again if it is available for our next Yankton trip. The location is excellent and walkable, which is very handy when traveling with a pet. For the sake of family and group travelers, it would be helpful if there were a dining table instead of a desk, more glassware, and a large shower curtain to make the bathroom more private, but even without these additions, I expect to be back. ”

”I loved the cottage we stayed in. Everything we needed was available. Kitchen appliances and service ware, pots and pans, microwave, toaster oven, stove, etc. A washer and dryer was very convenient.. It was comfortable and adorable. I only had one minor issue that probably won’t affect most people, but I’m highly allergic to scented soaps and fabric softeners, so I had to wash the bed linens with my detergent to be able to sleep on them. ”This was our third stay. We have visited in winter, fall, and summer. Each stay has been wonderful. I can’t describe how clean and comfortable this rental is. It belongs in an HGTV magazine! The hosts have thought of everything guests might need in all areas of the home. We had 6 adults plus and a set of 7 year old twins. The “treehouse” type bunk beds were so fun for the twins! The “old folks” stayed downstairs and the young ones had the upstairs where they could visit later into the evening....
