Chambre correcte, mais équipement dans la kitchenette un peu limite. 1 verre pour 2, 2 assiettes...micro ondes difficilement utilisable car l'affichage était défectueux... la salle de bain est vaste avec une grande douche à l'italienne. Literie correcte. Personnel très sympathique, et très chouettes piscines. Parking très limité devant l'hôtel, mais stationnement facile dans la rue, du moins en Octobre, En haute saison, il doit être plus compliqué de trouver une place... Par contre gros bémol au niveau de la restauration qui n'est pas à la hauteur des 3 étoiles de l'établissement. Nous avions pris une demi pension et nous avons été vraiment déçus des plats proposés le soir. On a eu plus l'impression de fréquenter une cantine plutôt qu'un restaurant. Plats basiques, et toujours les mêmes. Pas de fromage, pas de yaourts. On a regretté de ne pas avoir fait le choix de sortir pour manger à l'extérieur le soir..Ne comptez pas aller à la plage à côté de l'hôtel, en plus de son accès compliqué, elle est juste horrible, vase, algue, détritus, mauvaises odeurs...Séjour mitigé donc, et on n'y retournera pas.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grupotel Mar de Menorca for our family vacations with our 1 year old baby. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, there are parking spots close to the rooms, the pool area and playground was super nice, and the breakfast and dinner buffet was good and diverse. We could find everything for our baby: even though the baby crib was not ready in our room despite my request for one, they provided one pretty quickly, and there were high-chairs at the restaurant. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. And there is a supermarket and a beach just next to the hotel. The only negative point if I have to find one is the music going on all evening, but it was ok we couldn't hear it inside the room.

Top Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Gutes Hotel für Familien, Renter und Menschen die Ruhe suchen. Die Insel ist sehr ruhig und mit wenig trubel. Tolle Strände auf der Insel mit glasklarem Wasser. In der Nähe vom Hotel ist eine Bucht. Diese ist okay, aber jetzt kein Hingucker. Ich empfehle einen Mietwagen zu nehmen.

October mini break with family
The perfect place for a relaxing few days in Menorca. The pool area is stunning, rooms are the perfect size and there was so much choice in the buffet. Overall a fantastic place. The only negative I have is the fact it’s impossible to read by the main pool as they play music all day and at times, it can be quite loud.

Actuellement sur place,je partage mon avis plutôt positif sur cet hôtel. Pour un établissement 3 étoiles espagnol toutes les conditions sont là pour passer un bon moment. La chambre est spacieuse et bien insonorisée,nous dormons super bien, demander une chambre vers la piscine plus Petite au calme. Clim, frigo, kitchenettetout est en bonne usage,la douche est grande et top. Au niveau hôtel 2 belles piscines,hors saison top... J imagine en été ca doit être la folie car plutôt une grande structure. En demi pension ici, petit déj top au niveau buffet pour bien attaquer la journée, sucré/salé rien ne manque,le café est bon... très rare dans ce style d hôtel 😉 repas du soir,pas de la grande cuisine mais on trouve son bonheur car bcp de choix, poisson et viande tous Les soirs 👍 bémol pour les desserts industriels, sans goûts lol .en bas de l hôtel, loueur de voiture, petite supérette , Souvenirs... pratique. 5min de l' hôtel à pieds petite crique sympathique, bien Pour passer un petit moment pas plus. Le taf est plutôt sympathique aussi, prêt de serviette de piscine à l arrivée,un détail appréciable. En bref qualité prix trop Pour cet établissement ,un Point de chute pour visiter cette belle île avec voiture indispensable.

Booked room only, but option to upgrade to breakfast or All inclusive, check in was very easy & straightforward. Room was spacious and and clean, there were a few ants on the floor near the window but nothing to worry about. I had a room without a balcony, and the air conditioner was not working, as I was only staying a few days it didn’t bother me.

This is a lovely hotel, which was perfect for my first family holiday. From the start the front desk were very welcoming and even upgraded my room, which helped us as a young family. The food options were fantastic. We could eat as healthy or unhealthy as we wanted and the chefs/servers were very friendly. All the staff in the restaurant were very happy. There are two nice pools, one quiet pool for those that wanted to relax. We stayed around the bigger pool, which had shallow ends for our children and a deeper part in case we wanted a swim. They big pool also had music and an Animación team, running regular games for adults and children. They run kids clubs for several hours a day for 4yr olds and above. This was great for us to leave our 4yr old for a few hours break!! The evening entertainment was good fun too and no pressure also. Our suggestion for improvement would be to have fresh smoothies made at meal times and to have tea and coffee in the dining room at lunchtime and dinner. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families and couples.

Destaco la distribución de las instalaciones, la limpieza y los apartamentos estan muy bien, la nota negativa la pongo en la comida, el buffet amplio pero baja calidad, los zumos, fatal, etc ( es mi opinión y mi gusto), luego, por lo menos el apartamento que nos toco, los colchones muy viejos, por la mañana con dolor de espalda, necesitan una renovación por esa parte.

Has potential but average property and needs TLC. Food was really disappointing and even though you don't expect high level cuisine from an all-inclusive, it was really on the poor side with basic options mostly overcooked or re-used. Housekeeping only came once and we were told we would be charged to refresh/change the pools towels. We asked for this once during an 1 week stay and thought this was a particular stingy policy. All in all, average hotel, location, food. Staff was friendly, nice as always.

El complejo está perfecto para descansar, la zona de las piscinas es muy agradable y los apartamentos muy cómodos y bien comunicados. El único pero es la zona de cocina, es muy pequeña y el menaje demasiado justo, no hay opción para cocinar algo si un día prefieres comer o cenar en él

Overall, everything was good! Place was clean and tidy and the pools were fabulous and always plenty of sunbeds absolutely no need to play the lounger/towels game at all. Beds were comfortable (pillows not so much). Can’t comment on food as we didn’t take out a package although drinks were very reasonably priced! The main disappointment, for us, was the ‘kitchen’ - we booked this as we wanted to cater for ourselves and to say that the supplies were minimal is a understatement - 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 spoons/teaspoons and a bread knife plus a couple of large plastic spoons! No kitchen knife or any other cooking implements which made preparing food challenging - it was in a small corner and lighting above hob (2 rings) didn’t work. I presume that they don’t really want to encourage you to cater fir yourself! The living room ‘sofas’ were essentially two single beds which would have been comfortable to sleep on but not for sitting on! The beach is barely a beach to be honest so we were glad we hired a car and there was no literature in the room with any information about what hotel offered or places to go. All in all we had a good week although I think for a couple we might have been better looking for something a bit quieter and better equipped for self catering.
