”Upea perinteikäs hotelli loistavalla palvelulla. Huone todella tilava ja ja siisti. Aamupalalla a la carte ja lisäksi runsas buffet. Kattoterassin baarista hienot näkymät ympäristöön. Plussana uima-allas ja baari (toki ilman näköaloja. Sisätilat todella hienot kuin museossa olisi käymässä. Ilman flunssaa olisin myös hyödyntänyt tyylikästä sikari loungea. Sijainti todella rauhallisella alueella ja juna-aseman läheisyydessä, jolla pääsi helposti päänähtävyyksiin.”

”I have been traveling around the world for many years , and this is one of the best hotel that I ever been , beautiful hotel , the service was awesome everybody went the extra mile to make your stay amazing , the pool and the gym at the 71 floor its was beautiful , they gave me a a beautiful room in the 85th floor , overall amazing hotel , highly recommended , for sure I will be there again”

”Staff was very helpful. The lounge was pleasing to the eye.”

”Biggest problem: The lifts weren’t enough to service such a massive tower, every trip in/out took more time than necessary. And the food needs a major improvement. Room service and housekeeping was very slow. Otherwise, the room itself was nice.”

”Room was a smoking Room. Had cigarette burns on the sofa, the furniture all smelled of smoke. The furniture needed washed. I specifically asked for a non smoking room. Even paid for an upgrade. Staff are unresponsive when it comes to e-mail or phone calls. Cleaning and breakfast staff were very attentive. ”
