”I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The amenities were excellent, we especially enjoyed the pool, sauna, and gym, all of which were in great condition. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help...

”Great location for walking to Cowes centre and for the chain ferry to East Cowes. Comfortable room although very hot and impossible to turn the one radiator (in bedroom) off. Decent breakfast although some of the cooked items could have been hotter. Overall I would recommend and be happy to stay again. ”

”The room was lovely, it was spotless & had everything that you needed. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Wendy was lovely & very welcoming. I can't recommend highly enough. I wil definitely be going back when I'm there again. ”

”The room was clean, with modern/quirky tech features. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, providing a place to store our luggage after the check out time. The hotel is in a good location for the Redjet passenger ferry and the high street with bars and restaurants. It is also located a few mins walk from the taxi rank and bus stop that has connections to Newport.”

Quite fairly priced, clean good quality towels, even though I would say any at level cleanliness is a must and a basic., missing at this property. Negative points, very tired and dirty decor, lots of narrow steep flights of stairs, no wardrobe, no offer of help to carry bags up the flights of stairs when shown to you're room ,even though it...
