”The Swan Motel was amazing our room was glorious and the decor was stunning Our room was huge and the bed so comfy everything about this motel is superb from the staff the bar the food and the room We loved it so much we booked an extra night and we will definitely be bavk”

”Radiator not working so room was cold, tap on bath rattling and water spurting out took ages to fill bath. Shared room with a dozen ladybirds..canteen downstairs never open. Unlocked and unsafe left luggage hall.i came fownstairs a few times about radiator in the night and noonf on reception rang number on desk but it wasnt regonised. Reception not manned at all times.. the room was big and lovely and location good.”

”Room was very clean, property is dated though. We had comfortable 2 nights. Staff was very friendly. Only low point was the shower, very low water pressure and took a while to heat up.”

”The property was so smelly that we had to hold our breaths to reach to our room. Dirty and smelly throughout. Empty handwash and body shower or shampoo. Dirty linens as well. ”

”Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions. ”

”Very clean and tidy room, a bit of a sea view and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to call them any problems or questions they are very happy to help. Definitely be booking to stay there again very soon. An absolute pleasure to spend a couple of nights there. Thank you to the owner and their staff for making me feel comfortable and welcome.”

”Nice room, Comfortable bed. Shower very small. Lovely sea view from bedroom. Room on 2nd floor, no lift, so not suitable forthose with mobility issues. Breakfast superb. Staff fantastic.”
