The space

A luxury penthouse condo in Mérida centro, with pasta tile floors, high ceilings, spacious and bright rooms, refreshing outdoor pool, fast wifi, fully equipped kitchen, ample closet storage, smart TV, dedicated workdesk, smart TV, pressure showers, all air conditioned spaces, comfortable and king size bed.

*Couch available with additional linens and towels when third adult guest is reserved to stay*.

Drinking water and coffee is provided.

On street public parking available (limited before 4pm). Alternatively private parking is available across the road, for a charge of 300 pesos per one week rental.

Offering airport transfers, tours, in-house massages, laundry service and a fantastic information booklet of must sees and restaurants to try Mérida.

For stays over one week long, a complimentary house cleaning on one day is done, to provide fresh sheets and towels during your stay.

For stays over 5 nights, the electricity will not be included in the Airbnb charge. A photo of the meter will be taken before and after the stay, and the costing for the electricity will be due to be paid at the end of the stay.
Other things to note
For one additional guest (3rd adult only). Linens will be provided for sleeping on the sofa. A maximum of 3 guests can stay, and the reservation must reflect the number of guests staying.
