”Room was decent but needed updating. Breakfast was first come first serve and items had run out and were not being replenished.”

”Great property. Breakfast was good. They have a bar. Several restaurants close by. My only complaint is the mud in parking lot. Very slippery in spots. I helped an elderly guy up after falling to the ground. My wife fell 10 minutes later on slippery muddy sidewalk.”

”As you walk inside, and look up in the lobby, they have water leaks and mold issues. The elevators were damaged. Worst of all BOTH rooms they showed us had visible mold in the showers. The person at the desk even came up to the 1 room, and noted the mold and lights not working in the bathroom. Staff stated to expedia, no manager, but there was one who assisted us when we were there. Expedia then told us since there's no manager we had to wait. We did NOT stay as I had to use an epi pen after...

”Everything was terrible about our stay there. It was Dirty. It had a kicked in door. It had mold on the ceiling and mold on the shower curtain. It was damp. It had a broken TV. I would not recommend anybody staying at this facility.”

”This is a clean hotel on the outskirts of Lawrence. It is definitely not within walking distance of anything but in a safe area. Great deal for the price!”

”the staff was friendly and helpful. The property is not very desirable but I have seen much worse. I am beside myself at how much these places can charge for a place to sleep. If it were a decent place, that'd be different. No breakfast or even coffee pot. That was a negative mark for me. ”

”Property appears to be in an exterior remodel project. Room was clean, but toilet didn’t flush right and ended up not flushing at all. Even the toilet in lobby area didn’t flush all the way, indicating it may be a property wide issue. It was an ok experience, but definitely not my favorite property and may not be one I would probably choose to go to again. It was pretty clean and staff was great which is why it had more stars than I typically would have given”

”They gave my room key to an old man who walked in as I was changing Then when we got the room situation settled my room key did not work And later when I got back from my college reunion my key would t work again at midnight Two lights were put in the room The tub had peeling paint in the tub It was gross ”

”This hotel is very run down and dirty. It smells so damp and musty and the tub had an unidentified yellow stain. The only plus was that the guy working the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating. Aside from that wouldn’t stay again.”

”We stayed here one night first room was completely disgusting there was trash and pee in the bathroom and dirty used bedding and towels they told us there was no housekeeper to clean rooms we were on the 1st floor we were offered another room on the 2nd floor it was similar but a bit cleaner. When checking out we asked for our deposit back and the lady acted like we never gave them one. Definitely NOT STAYING HERE AGAIN !! ”
