The Harbor House has it all! Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that has recently undergone a $120,000 renovation with high end finishes!

Master bedroom has a massive walk-in shower that could fit 4, with double shower heads. Next to the kitchen is a large upscale wrap-around wet bar that seats 4, with views of the large flat screen TV (So you don't miss those important sports events). The large living room with work desk, and the master bedroom also have large screen TV's. The front yard has a curved driveway and shaded carport, with additional boat/kayak parking in the side yard. The back yard has a cozy screened-in porch with comfy outdoor sofas and a big screen TV. The back yard also has a cute bonfire pit, with an outdoor dining table and chairs.

The beach is 5 minutes away, the Marina on the River (with delicious restaurant) is 1 block away at the end of the street with access to 2 rivers full of dolphins and mantee, as well as excellent fishing. The Orlando Airport and Theme Parks are 45 minutes away, the Port Canaveral Cruise Ships are 5 minutes away, and there are over 30 restaurants within 5 miles!

Watch the Florida sunset from the front or back yard while you sip a cocktail from the well equipped bar! Very close to Marina, 30 restaurants, 6 bars, WalMart, Cocoa Beach, 2 fabulous fishing rivers, jetski and boat rentals. You will see Rocket Launches from your front yard that shake the windows several times a week!

The door entry code will be provided to guests 2 days prior to arrival. The Key Box Code is changed frequently to protect our guests.

We also offer a 3 kayak and life jacket rental package for $200 for the duration of your stay. Marker 24 Marina is at the end of the street with a boat launch, boat dock, and fun restaurant with live bands.
