”A lovely stay. The room was impeccable and so nice. The decor was stunning from the outside in and the spa and pool were amazing. ”

”All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45. The server did his best but was over powered with the demands of trying to keep up with the orders. Maybe the kitchen staff were understaffed as...

”A lovely location. Very easy to walk to the restaurant and attractions in the Bay (eg Millennium Centre, Techniquest). The staff were all very welcoming. Plenty of space in our room with a lovely view of the water. Breakfast was very tasty. The pool was a good size.”

”A peaceful countryside Welsh gem with pool, gym and spa included. Second stay here, there is a choice of modern or heritage rooms. We love everything here, grounds, rooms, breakfast but hugely rate the staff. Some people love modern, but the heritage rooms are spacious and quite special, full of character and have a good sized bathroom, ours even had a dressing room. The establishment is undergoing renovations under the new management but this is not in view of guests. ”
