”The owners didn’t communicate check in details so we tried for a couple hours to reach them. Since VRBO didn’t have them either, they were zero help! The owner ended up calling and apologized for the inconvenience. Things happen so no harm done. The place was nice and just as described. Other than the check in snag, everything else was nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend- just make sure day before arrival you get door code! Great location.”

”The host was timely and responsive with his communication. This was an ideal location since we were spending most of our time in the Redlands area. This was a free standing unit with no common walls so the accommodation was very quiet. The small patio made it easy to spend time outdoors eating breakfast.”

”Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected...
