”This is the second time our family has stayed at this property. They have a great breakfast every morning. We have 5 people age 14 and over in our family, so it is nice to find a place that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 3 beds plus a pull out couch and a kitchen. The pool area is very nice. It would be nice if there was another hot tub or at least a bigger one. There is only one, and it is small. Maybe 6-8 people can fit. We have 5, so that doesn't leave room for many more. Also the...

”The only problem we had was a loud air conditioner in the room it made it hard to get a goodnight sleep.”

”The suite was very nice and was exceptionally clean. Comfortable bed and it was quiet. Breakfast was good as well. ”

”Staff were friendly and accommodating. Beds and pillows were below average. Our room also had a very noisy AC unit that made it difficult to sleep, though staff were able to fix it to make it more manageable. We had to ask multiple times to have our room cleaned. Breakfast in the mornings was above average with lots of options. Overall, for the price, I do think there are better options available and would not book here again.”

”Rooms were clean, but very out dated . Only had plastic cups not the right kind for coffee. Girl that checked us in was great, really friendly.Air conditioning was great. Seemed like a nice area. We saw different food places but we weren’t there long enough to try them. ”

”This property has recently been completely remodeled. Everything is new, clean, and fresh. It is conveniently located to almost everything you would want to do. It is minutes from downtown Gilbert, which has awesome dinning and entertainment options. The spring training facilities for the A's and Cubs are a short drive from the hotel. Local attractions like the Reparian Preserve at The Water Ranch, a 110-acre natural area featuring seven ponds, hiking trails, and a dinosaur-bone dig site....

”Great location. Staff very friendly. Affordable and clean. Several restaurants within walking distance. We stay here several times a year for our kid’s soccer tournaments. ”

”Front desk, some were extremely nice others not so much. Hotel room were clean and house keeping staff was very nice. Location was convenient. Little noise but not bad. ”

”No hangers in the room. I almost fell in the slippery tub when taking a shower. Smelled like pot everywhere. Garbage and cigarette butts all over outside. Some guy hollering and swearing for over an hour at 2 in the morning. ”

”OUTDATED, carpets, furniture, hardware, everything seems haven’t been replaced since 1970s . The only reason we booked this place it’s through travel team . We figured kids will have fun all in the same hotel. All 15 families greatly disappointed, some even checked out and found different place to stay . Staff was super nice and helpful but , place needs to be shut down and seriously updated. ”
