”Fast and easy check in. Clean and well kept property. Room was a little dated, but nice. Bed could've been better. ”

”My only complaint is the parking... I get the valet parking. However, you have the structure identified as self parking but the 1st 2-3 levels is marked off for valet and then the other is for the private gambling club so I have to park in the opposite part of the parking structure. I pay for my room and resort fees like everybody else I should not have parking issues the way I did this last week...”

”The employes were rude, didn't inform us about all the extra costs until after they charge us. The hotel did not smell good, very old and just worn down, would not ever go back and don't recommend anyone to go there!”

”I was awakened by dogs barking in the courtyard The hallways and ceilings were to thin I could hear the people above me walking people in the hallway talking and laughing I called front desk for coffee pods but they never brought me any The maid asked if i wanted my room cleaned but then it never got done Not a good stay”

”This is a fun hotel with beauty everywhere you look. Be sure to check in down by the Restaurant building. The men’s restroom is famous for their unique urinals!”

”Although the place is beautiful with big comfortable rooms, I feel the price is a bit high for not offering breakfast. A quick package bread and one coffee is ideal only for low-end hotels. Other than that, it was an amazing experience!”

”Not as advertised. Pool was drained and closed. Bathtub was gross. Front desk clerk was not especially welcoming. Continental breakfast was about the worst I have ever seen. Overall the property was run down. I'll be looking for a different place to stay next time I pass through Needles.”

”Nice, clean hotel, on route 66. Helpful staff. Little problem with wifi , but nextdoor was Giggling Cactus, were Wi-fi Works. Breakfast good in Cactus. Nice View to the mountains.”

”Met my needs the pool was open clean and working but the pool and area by the laundry area had bags of garbage obviously of an even nobody cleaned up after. I was there a week, it was old trash. Not a bad place to stay for a night while traveling with a dog. Oh and the dog poop collection bin was overflowing. But free bags!! Yay!”
