”The hotel is showing many signs of aging, from broken USB ports to squeaky/clanky doors and worn surfaces. Also, there was a mixup with the room I was assigned, and it took a long time to resolve it. The staff were nice enough but did not show any concern for my time or the mistake they made.”

”I honestly can't rate most aspects of this hotel because I was never able to get into it. Apparently this Studio 6 is the only hotel I've encountered in nearly 50 years of travel that closes its front desk at 10:00 PM. That becomes a major problem when your flight arrives after 10:00 PM, as mine did. I arrived around 11:00 PM and was effectively left without a hotel room because there was no night clerk available. ”This property is beautiful! Although we only spent one night there, we were very comfortable and slept great! The layout can be a challenge but it was a good night stay! The front man that checked us in could use a lesson in communication but it all can’t be perfect!”

”Not sure where to start. The kiddie pool was being cold. It was too frigid for the boys to play in. However, the pool for the slide (which you can’t play in), the water was fine. The water was too cold for the big pool also. The next issue was that the resort just wasn’t clean and updated. We walked around the room in slides and flip flops because the carpet looked filthy and the chair in the room was dirty.
