The Space:
This beautiful two-storey beachfront house in sunny Petalidi offers the perfect setting for a relaxing family vacation all year round. Located directly on the sandy beach, the house provides stunning sea views and a peaceful retreat. On the ground floor, you'll find a warm and inviting living room with a cozy fireplace, ideal for evenings together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the ground-floor bathroom includes a modern shower for convenience. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the sleeping quarters are located. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the sea. The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning, and access to a charming patio, while the third bedroom offers a single bed, perfect for additional guests or children. The upper floor also has a spacious bathroom with a relaxing bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. With street parking available and the sandy beach just steps from your door, this house combines comfort, convenience, and a prime location, making it the ultimate seaside getaway.

Upon your arrival, please be informed of the following environmental fee applicable to your stay, which varies seasonally: from November to March, it is 2€ per night, while from April to October, the fee is 8€ per night.

Wundervolles Haus

Es war ein so schöner Urlaub. Genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Ruhe, Entspannung und das Meer direkt vor der Nase. Obwohl das Haus wunderschön und toll eingerichtet ist, war der zentrale Platz der Tisch draußen vor der Tür. Wir haben dort viel gesessen und einfach nur entspannt dem Treiben zugesehen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
