Spacious chalet on a plot of 4000m2 with fruit trees near the beach in Messinia

The attractive holiday home is located in Messinia, between the places Velika at 3 km and Petalidi at 5 km where all amenities are available. The holiday home is located directly on the sea, through the garden gate you walk on a narrow sand-pebble beach and you can swim in the quiet bay with beautiful views of the Taigetos Mountains on the Mani on the other side. At the garden gate is a terrace with table and chairs. This pebble beach extends all the way to Kalamata at 35 km. The view over the bay is phenomenal and the plot is 4000m2 with olive and fruit trees.
The house is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children up to 60 kg per child.

A simple campsite is located 80 meters away, where you can enjoy coffee, drinks and small snacks. 200 meters up the mountain is a restaurant called POULAKOS, there is also a bus stop here.

For hikers there is a walking booklet of this region available in Dutch, English and German.
There are beautiful old villages to visit and the people love it when tourists come.

A rental car is recommended to view this beautiful area. Old Messinia is a 45-minute drive away.
Flying from Amsterdam from April to the end of September directly on Kalamata is possible.
We are willing to pick up the guests at the airport of Kalamata.
