  • Detached house (apartment of 140 square meters), just a few steps from the sea, surrounded by a beautiful citrus garden ( 180 square meters) and furnished outdoor areas. Located halfway between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, it is the ideal place for a comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful stay for families or groups of friends. The house is strategically located, close to the beautiful Meta beach with a wide selection of excellent restaurants.

    The welcoming, bright, and spacious accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. Equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, it is located on the first floor and is composed by four bedrooms (two rooms with a double bed, two rooms with single beds); a large living room, three bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a well-kept garden with a terrace, solarium, shower, barbecue, table, and sun umbrella. The entire house is at guests' disposal. It includes one private parking space. Beaches are 300 meters away (a 5-minute walk or bus ride); tabacchi shop, bars, and restaurants are 150 meters away; and the Circumvesuviana train station is 700 meters away.

    Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (we will arrange your exact check-in time the day before your arrival and will personally welcome you at the property).
    Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
    Check-in after 8:00 PM has an additional fee of €30 (payment must be done in cash upon check-in.
    All guests must provide a valid ID upon arrival.

    The tourist tax (from April 1st to October 31st) is €3.00 for adults and €1.00 for children, for a maximum of 7 nights (to be paid in cash upon check-in).
    The bus stop is located in front of the property entrance.
    The Circumvesuviana train station is approximately 700 meters away, a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride.
    One free parking space is available.
    This is a non-smoking apartment.
    Pets are not allowed.

This was a very nice place, spacious with good air-conditioning which is hard to find! Walking distance to the train as well as many good restaurants and the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

My family recently stayed at this spacious apartment in Meta and really enjoyed it. The backyard is beautiful, and the location is fantastic — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores, and only a quick train ride to Sorrento. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The layout is a bit unusual since you have to pass through a bedroom to reach the bathroom if you're staying in one of the other bedroom, but aside from that, the apartment was great. I would happily stay here again.

The space was beautiful with two large outdoor areas and there was plenty of room for 7 people (2 families). Our teenagers enjoyed being outside. The hosts, Federica and Tony, were very nice, gracious, and helpful. We were very happy with the location - close to the train station, grocery store, and not far to the sea. It was a great location to go see Pompeii and Vesuvius, while staying in a beautiful Italian town.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly responsive, checked in with us regularly, and were always available with helpful recommendations and assistance.One of the highlights was their help arranging a fantastic boat tour to Capri, which ended up being one of the best days of our trip. They also added so many thoughtful touches to help us celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday, making the occasion feel truly special and creating memories our family will treasure.The property itself was beautiful, impeccably maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a place with outstanding hospitality and hosts who genuinely care about their guests, this is it.We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the SorrentoMeta area.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This was by far the best place we stayed at during our entire three-week trip through Italy, and honestly, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed anywhere.The hosts were absolutely amazing. so kind, welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They even provided us with a book full of recommendations for places to visit, things to do, sights to see, and restaurants to try, which helped us so much during our time there. Anytime we needed anything or had a question, they were incredibly responsive and happy to help.The home itself was beautiful, extremely clean, organized, comfortable, and very well taken care of. You can tell how much thought and care the hosts put into making their guests feel at home.After traveling around Italy for about three weeks and staying in several different places, this one was the best above all the rest. We could not have asked for a better experience or better hosts. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so much for making our stay so special!
