This two-level accommodation offers a 30m² ground floor living space with an open kitchen, dining area, and lounge featuring a sofa bed (110x200 cm) and single bed (90x200 cm). A covered 25m² terrace with garden furniture and outdoor dining adjoins the living room.

Upstairs, a spacious 40m² master suite includes a double bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom with shower, sink, and WC. The property is unoverlooked, comfortable, and designed for guests who value environmental respect, with eco-friendly cleaning products provided.

Fishing in the pond is a paid activity (to be paid on-site). No-kill fishing is mandatory. Please contact the owner of the Gîte for more information and the fishing regulations. A horse may roam freely, and the owner can lend you a canoe for free for more charm. Swimming is prohibited. Nearby villages like Lorquin, Saint-Quirin, and Abreschviller offer renowned restaurants, while cycle paths and hiking trails are easily accessible. Private parking is available on-site.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
