”Very clean room. Not big but big enough for one or two. Had all that one needed. Staff was helpful and courteous. Housekeeping was excellent. Restaurant was better than expected (spacious, nice quality food, nice sized portions, fair pricing, good service). Often hotel restaurants are mediocre; this one was above par. . . . The only concern for some others may be the necessity to use steps (no elevator), but the staff was willing to help with luggage if asked. Not suitable for those who are not...

”Beautiful location! The room was great; spacious, modern, and clean. The trip was to celebrate my sister's birthday. The hotel sent a bottle of prosecco and snacks to our room as a gift! It was so thoughtful! We also each got a robe and slippers to use at the pool and hot tub. I would 100% stay here again. We had an amazing time. Oh, the hotel bar/restaurant happy hour is also fantastic! ”

”The room was very nice and worked great for us and our one night stay in Victoria. The staff were all so wonderful and polite. Breakfast was delicious, as was the afternoon tea that we also had. The staff were also so kind to let us keep our bags there after checkout while we did some final exploring before heading back to the ferry. The only thing was I noticed a couple short strands of hair in the bathtub when we checked in, but otherwise it was an excellent stay in a beautiful house with...
