”Food from the Bistro was so bad, and way overpriced. No drip coffee in the morning, outdated rooms”

”The hotel is what you think of it. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Clean room. Bathroom could be updated but still nice. Only thing I would add is maybe better pillows or more as they are paper thin ”

”Very clean room and lobby. The lobby was great for hanging out and watching the news and Wheel of Fortune! The morning breakfast was well balanced with a good variety of foods that weren't all pastries. The pickleball court was a lot of fun. We didn't visit the indoor pool, but there were a lot of people in there while we played pickleball. The provided shampoo in the shower smelled great and the conditioner made my hair soft. If we ever return to Waxahachie, we will be staying here.”

”Overall it was a descent stay. Pros for the pool area which was nice plus. Cons for the wrong information of the checkout being at noon (12), because it really is at 11am and there is no flexibility for this. ”

”Staff/manager was extremely kind and nice! Assisted me in getting checked in a bit early and helped when I had room issues. My bathroom fan didn’t work and my room had some scuffs but otherwise - all good. Just around a lot of construction at the moment.”

”Wonderful hotel. The room was quiet and we felt very safe. Breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the slight variety from day to day on food offering. I felt comfortable asking the front desk questions because we were always greeted respectfully. We actually felt like guests and not customers. Will 100% stay here again when we return.”

”I stay for two nights, after the first night I asked directly to the housekeeper in the morning to have the room service at my room, when I returned, the room was exactly as I had left it—in other words, they hadn't done the room service. The same day I asked for extra towels at the front desk (10:00 PM approx.) and they told me that they cannot help me with that until the next morning... overall not the best experience.”

”Property, staff, room, and breakfast were very good. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi barely existed on the 4th floor where I stayed. This affected the TV, too. TV could get stations for a few minutes, then lose signal. To get Wi-Fi, I had to go to the lobby to get or send e-mails for messages.”
