Not enough pillows(2 small pillows) for a king size bed, one room smelled so bad (mold and meadow) the first night, then they put us in another room, u can still smell the mold and meadow but not as bad as the first room we was in, and I was very confuse on why would u only put one set of towels in the bathroom and no towel for the floor to come out the shower. ”Hole patches in hotel rooms, I say rooms because I had to be moved to another room because their internet was not working while in the first original room I was in. The only breakfast options were waffles, cereal, yogurt and fruit along with coffee and juice. And I still have not received my deposit back and it’s been a whole full week ”

”I booked a room online here, and as soon as I realized it was the wrong location. I called right after I made the reservation, and they said that it had caused too much of an inconvenience, and the policy stated no refunds. We did not stay the night. Just an ounce of empathy or understanding would have been amazing but they really needed that $61. ”
