”The trash and dirty towels from the previous guest was not removed from the room prior to us being given the room key. Small pieces of baseboard trim was no longer attached to the wall - it was the first thing we saw when opening the door. Carpeting in the hallways needs replaced. The staff were friendly once they came to the desk, but the front desk did not have any staff whenever we went to the lobby.”

”The staff was outstanding! Need a transfer to and from the airport, they are attentive, timely and oh so nice! Extra towels or blankets, they're response is immediate. Candidly, the staff and hotel rivaled 5 star resorts my husband and I have stayed at with regards to service and hospitality. A special thank you to Marsha who cheerfully drove us back to the airport at 4am. Restaurants within walking distance. ”
