”Awesome stay”

”Free electric vehicle chargers - this is a HUGE benefit and very much appreciated. The property was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and location very convenient. Recommend!”

”The room and property were very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were always on hand and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent most days and we appreciated the gentleman who put out the tastiest menus. The cleaners could be obstinate about refusing to even speak one word of English but I don’t know any Spanish either. It was just their attitude that was disturbing. We had a good week visiting sites around Grand Rapids and had a restful stay at the hotel.”

I don't get why there's a not on my check in from a job that they hire people to do”

”I arrived at the property about 5pm and there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign saying they would be back in 10+minutes. I stood there waiting about 15 minutes just to check in. When I finally got the keys, the room was on the third floor and my keys didn't work. I went back to the front desk; she reprogrammed my keys and I went back up the elevator to my room. My keys still did not work. I went back down to the front desk a third time, reprogrammed the keys the third time. Went...
