”The actual communication between Expedia , the condo owner , and the manager of the building itself was not good . It was no reflection of the owner as we communicated and she received no confirmation of my reservation ! She was very reasonable and helpful . The manager and staff were not as helpful . I was put in a room that was not what I reserved ?? I stayed one night in the room then requested a refund as it was disappointing ! They then showed me another suite that was exceptable the next...
