”We stayed this place for a week though, we got sick but the place its inside the mall. very convenient the hotel is excellent though, its pricey. but you paid what you got as we expected. the front desk are very helpful and friendly and very professional, all the staffs are friendly inside the hotel rooms are very clean. the cleaning crew are wonderful and welling to go above an beyond, very helpful. the only problem we have at the restaurant. the table are too close to each other and while we...

”Amazing hotel! It was beautiful and so comfortable. The gym and pool were excellent and the pool bar had a great vibe and looked stunning. The location was perfect, you’re close to everything, it’s very easy to get around or grab rides. Definitely will stay again when I come back to Manila and will be recommending it!”

”I needed to be moved to another room the next day. I informed one of the stuff that everything has been packed and ready to move since I was going somewhere during the day I came back at night and my stuff has not been moved when I went to the desk. I was told that nobody informed them that my luggage are all packed . So the message wasn’t relayed.”
