”This property was absolutely perfect for my family. First - it is VERY spacious. The condo is well decorated and has anything you could possibly need in it. Everything you need to cook a four course meal for 3 families is in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, couch great for relaxing, balcony fabulous for sunset dinners. Cannot think of one thing that requires improvement! Condo building as a whole was quiet. Pool was never over crowded, and facilities were always clean. 5 stars!”

”We only had a short time to go to the beach and we were pleasantly surprised to find such a perfect place to stay on such short notice. The condo is very nice and right on the beach. The owners were extremely helpful to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Mexico Beach. I highly recommend staying here.”

”This Condo has a beautiful view of the ocean. Short walk across the street straight to the beach. The condo is very well decorated and stocked. Three bedroom two bath, not to big, not to small. Very comfortable stay. Would recommend renting this beach condo.”

”Our condo was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. Check in was flawless and the location was perfect. We loved the view of the beach from living and master bedroom area and the second bedroom had a pleasant view of a canal out back. We plan to come back.”

”We had a wonderful stay at the Summerhouse. Location was great - very easy access to the beach and a quarter mile from the little shops. The property has a quiet relaxed vibe and we loved the pool area with ocean view. The host is friendly and responsive, but we didn’t need much assistance - everything is as described in the listing and we had everything we needed for a lovely family holiday.”

”Overall we loved this property. Second time we’ve stayed in this complex but first time in this unit. The layout was perfect for our family of 6 and the unit had everything you could possibly need - kitchen tools/cookware, games, beach gear. Also well stocked with dish/laundry supplies. This unit is right off the elevator and stairs so very convenient to get to parking garage. Also close proximity to the pool. Very short walk to the beach & you do NOT have to cross the highway, which is a huge bonus with small kids. In most town homes you hear your neighbors at all hours, but not here!
